Bridge Client completes deal in Point of Sale sector

Our client, DS Smith, is a large Public Company with annual revenues of nearly £2 billion, and is a substantial supplier of printed display material.
On 4 March 2008 the Group acquired Multigraphics Holdings Ltd from funds managed by 3i and the management team. Multigraphics is a major player in large format digital printing such as banners and point of sale material.
Bridge is pleased to have introduced and facilitated the transaction.
