Bridge client acquires aluminium facades company

Mexceed Ltd., a client of Bridge Mergers & Acquisitions, has acquired the business of Long Life Architectural Aluminium Limited (LLAA). Mexceed is a project management company with a turnover of £2.5m managing building and engineering projects in the private commercial sector. LLAA specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of curtain walling, aluminium structures, entrance screens for schools and hospitals, and aluminium shop fronts.

Mexceed brings its experience of working with clients in the private sector to LLAA’s largely public sector client base. The combined group has a budgeted turnover for its first year of £5.5m.
