Bridge client, the FLow Group, acquires Leeds Valves

Our client, the Flow Group, is a private group with a sales turnover of £35m. It is a leading manufacturer of valves for the global energy industry.
In August 2008 the Group completed the purchase of Leeds Valve, the Leeds based manufacturer of butterfly valves, from its founding shareholders.
